Private Residence in Surrey

We were approached by our client to provide a hard-wearing industrial style flooring for a hi-spec refurbishment of a private residence in Surrey.

After a visit to our showroom in Croydon and seeing our polished concrete flooring samples, the client decided on using our polished concrete 800 heavy duty cementitious smoothing compound to achieve the desired finish.  Our team prepared the floor by way of applying a liquid damp proof membrane fully blinded to create key.  We then trowel applied our smoothing compound to a depth of 5mm.

After our product had fully cured, we grinded and polished the floor before applying a protective seal.
